Basic Course

Starting of basic course is in January and September – also other starting time possible. Basic course last whole spring/autumn –  trainings twice a week:
– Thursday 7 pm – 8:30 pm: Väinämöisentie 2
– Sunday 5 pm – 6:30 pm: EMA Sport, Hirsimetsäntie 17

Basic course cost is 50 euros -including the first belt exam and course materials

• Training starting again (6/9/2020)
  With the beginning of summer and the easing of the corona situation, the training activities are starting again. Of course, still taking into account the exceptional circumstances and safety. Contact the people in charge of the place in question about training times, places and other things to consider. And still remember good hand hygiene 🙂

  Planned spring camp in Lahti 25.4. has been cancelled due to corona virus situation . Information of training and camp activities will be announced as soon as it is possible and safe.
